Glad Hand II

Here's my fun little mannequin hand that I found at a flea market in Woodstock many years ago, with a tin NYE noisemaker. When I was a little kid, my mom would wake us up to bang pots and pans on the front stoop. It was a treat, when I got a bit older, to go to the party at my grandmother's and get to use these wonderful tin noisemakers.
